JAGGER AUTOMOTIVE, LLC LIMITED WARRANTY Jagger Automotive, LLC ("Jagger") warrants any automotive lug nuts purchased from an authorized sales representative to befree from all defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the lug nut. This warranty is granted only to the originalpurchaser of lug nuts, applies only to the original lug nuts installed and does not apply to any lug nuts used for commercialpurposes. 1. TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE a. You must return the OWNER REGISTRATION CARD enclosed with this Warranty within forty-five (45) days of purchase.If you do not return the OWNER REGISTRATION CARD, then this Warranty shall not apply to the lug nuts you have purchased. b. Claims for repair or replacement made pursuant to this Warranty may be made by contacting Jagger Automotive, LLC atthe address and telephone number provided below. c. You must deliver the original lug nuts to Jagger Automotive, LLC at your own expense. The lug nuts will be replaced at no cost to the purchaser if one or more of such lug nuts is determined by Jagger Automotive, LLC in its sole discretion to be covered by the terms of this Warranty. Under no circumstances will Jagger Automotive, LLC refund the purchase price paid by the purchaser for the lug nuts. d. Proof of purchase date is required when requesting warranty service. You must present your sales receipt to establish proof and date of purchase to Jagger Automotive, LLC. 2. WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER damage caused by: modification, alteration, repair of the product; physical abuse; misuse; collision; use in a manner contrary to the instructions which accompany the lug nuts; or any damage caused by acts of God. Moreover, this warranty does not cover lug nuts installed or removed (i) using air powered or automated installation or removal tools or (ii) by any individual not certified by Jagger Automotive, LLC as qualified to install or remove lug nuts manufactured by Jagger Automotive, LLC. 3. DISCLAIMERS. ANY WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED HEREIN, AND ANY REMEDY WHICH, BUT FOR THIS PROVISION, MIGHT ARISE BY IMPLICATION OR OPERATION OF LAW, IS HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE HEREIN ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE LUG NUTS AND TO THE ORIGINAL VEHICLE IN WHICH THE LUG NUTS ARE INSTALLED. 4. NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALLJAGGER AUTOMOTIVE, LLC OR ANY RELATED PARTY BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANYINCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE. 5. STATE LAW. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental, special or consequential damages. The above limitations may therefore not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
